· Work solely to conceptualise and execute the year-round community music project “Voices In Town”

· Cultural management including timeline and budget planning, project branding, partnership building with NGOs, arts and cultural groups, sponsorship pitching

· Leading high quality and creative interpretation approaches for content development, organising and presenting music performances and workshops

· Supervise and manage music talents for delivering high quality performances
